1. Processing Time We take great pride in our artisanal, small-batch production process. All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Destinations We are pleased to offer shipping to customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, and selected international regions. If your location is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

3. Shipping Times & Rates Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or peak seasonal volumes.

4. Order Tracking Once your Sora Scent order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

5. Damaged Items Because our candles are delicate works of art, we take extra care in packaging each piece. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund based on the situation.

6.
