1. Overview At Sora Scent, we strive to ensure that every candle arrives in perfect condition. Because our products are individually handcrafted pieces of visual art, we understand that they are unique. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Return Window We accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 14 days of the delivery date. After this 14-day window, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

We cannot accept returns for items that have been lit, altered, or damaged due to improper use.

5. Return Shipping

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
